Cleaner / Property Maintenance
About this job
A full time position is available for external and internal building cleaning and washing. Specific duties will include, washing buildings, cleaning gutters, window cleaning, concrete washing including water blasting.
You must also be prepared to work at height on occasion, and be flexible with hours of work as some early starts & late finishes are required at times due to client availability
All applicants must be able to pass a relevant Security clearance, and have a minimum of a Restricted licence and own transport (to get to employers work site.)
Work hours are generally Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm however some flexibility is required to complete some jobs in early morning and in the evenings due to clients requests and availability with business opening hours
