Home Care Support Worker
About this job
Staff are required for an agency specialising in care of residents in their own home. Duties will range from home help, housework, cooking, meal preparation and personal care including showering, dressing, early morning and evening routines. Additional duties may include giving medication, exercise, palliative care depending on the successful applicant and their experience and skill base. Clients will vary from eldercare in their own home, or clients recovering from accident or surgery etc. A minimum of Restricted Licence and own reliable transport are required. Job Requirements
Applicants need to have their own vehicle and have clean full New Zealand Drivers License, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills A clean background and criminal check and at least 3 months experience in support work, however Training is available, Reliable and Honest.
