Job Requirements
Skills and Experience
• Must hold a qualification in property or business related field and at least 1 year experience in tenancy management
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Experience working with vulnerable communities
• Commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi
• Full NZ Drivers Licence
