We are seeking a technically-minded Extraction operator to join our dynamic production team.
This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for the core process of transforming fruit and vegetables into our juice and puree ingredients. It’s a hands-on technical position perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and has a passion for food science and machinery.
Job Requirements
Operation & Monitoring: Set up, operate, and continuously monitor extraction, pressing, and separation equipment (e.g., decanters, presses, ultrafiltration units, refiners, heat exchangers).
Quality Control (QC): Conduct in-process QC checks including Brix, acidity, pH, and sensory evaluation to ensure product meets customer product specifications.
