About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Broker’s Assistant to support our insurance team in delivering excellent service to clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, client interaction, and working in a fast-paced environment.
You will assist brokers with policy management, client communication, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
Provide administrative support to insurance brokers
Prepare and process insurance documentation (quotes, policies, renewals)
Communicate with clients, insurers, and internal teams
Maintain accurate client records and databases
Assist with claims processing and follow-ups
Manage emails, phone calls, and appointment scheduling
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
