We’re looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Wellington, delivering Community & Rehabilitation, Disability and Social Services.
You’ll support clients to live independently at home and in the community, following care plans that may include personal care, meal preparation, medication support, community outings and home management.

Job Requirements
Essential: • Resilient, organised and able to handle challenging situations • Flexible availability and a caring, reliable attitude • Health and Wellbeing Level 2 and above • Strong communication skills and ability to use mobile apps • Comfortable with the 'personal care' aspect • Previous caregiving experience • Full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle • Must be living within 10–15 km of Wellington • Right to work in NZ, able to pass police vetting • Up to date CV with two contactable referees - Must

- Monday: 11am - 6pm Tuesday: 9.30am - 2.30pm Wed 9.30am - 2.30pm Thurs: 9.30am - 2.30pm Friday: 11am - 6pm (28 hours per week)
