We are currently seeking a team member for our alarm monitoring room with an immediate start! While customer service, help desk, or call centre experience is advantageous, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. The monitoring rooms are manned 24/7 365 so you must be available for rostered shift work.

Job Requirements
Excellent knowledge of the English language both verbal and written. Competent data entry and keyboard/typing skills using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and computer skills. Good administration and typing skills. Positive attitude. Impeccable verbal and written skills with thorough attention to detail. An ability to use initiative and work unsupervised. A team player. Must be honest and possess integrity. Good presentation. Clean police record. Ability to pass drug test. Flexible with availability. Have a updated CV
