Furniture Mover/ Labourer
About this job
Furniture Mover required for safe handling, loading an unloading of residential and commercial furniture primarily in the Otago region ( occasional travel throughout the South Island may be required).
This role will include the safely loading and unloading of furniture, appliances and household or office items. wrapping and securing loads, disassembling and reassembling furniture as required and liaising with client to ensure moves are carried out to their specifications.
You will need to be reliable, well -presented, physically fit (heavy lifting is involved), be health and safety aware, be a strong communicator, have a positive attitude, good customer service skills and be client focused.
Initially starting as a part-time casual position this is expected to become a full-time role later in the year.
