An iconic retail company, Kiwi brand serving the New Zealand market for over 100 years, our Auckland branches are now hiring for Retail Management: • Sales and Service Managers (Department Managers) • Assistant Store Managers.

We are seeking people who can bring their expert guidance and encouraging attitude to lead and support a team. Store Management team have direct responsibility for the financial performance of the store. Management roles set the direction required to enable great performance, and develop the same commercial focus across the team, while ensuring company standards including compliance, retail disciplines and human resources are adhered to. We know that retail is ever changing, so we'll expect our managers to also explore new ideas, collaborate and innovate.

The management roles will:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

• Retail experience managing a store with a large team (medium to large formats) • Great organisational and planning skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines • A passion for excellence in customer service, sales, visual merchandising and operations • A proven history leading high performing teams to success in a sales environment • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders • A high level of strategic focus and a strong commercial acumen skillset You must pass police check and drug free
