As a Team Member, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the business. You will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness standards, and help create a positive experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to a wide range of customers. - Assist team members in preparing food and beverage items. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. - Deliver food and drinks to customers when required. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the store. - Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen and customer areas. - Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. - Follow company policies, food safety, and health and safety procedures. - Work flexible rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills. - Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good attention to cleanliness and food safety standards. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. - Flexibility to work on a rotating roster. - Previous hospitality or food service experience is an advantage but not essential. - Must provide an updated CV
