An Invercargill business operating across wider rural Southland is requiring a full time driver and herd testing machine set up labourer to work covering the Winton, Invercargill, Western Southland, Lumsden and Mossburn areas. Applicants from those areas and Invercargill welcomed. Your role is to set up the machinery for herd testing in the milking shed prior to the herd tester coming on to site. Work is Sunday morning, then Monday to Thursday full days and Friday morning. Hours of work generally between 7.30 - 5pm. Must have full drivers licence for insurance purposes as you will drive a company vehicle. You must be physically fit, for lifting and manual handling required for doing the installs. Must pass police check. Position starts mid August and goes until the end of the May 2025.
