Storeperson
About this job
This Gore business is on the lookout for a motivated, hardworking Storeperson to join their team. Previous storeroom, warehouse, or freight experience preferred. The role will involve:
-Receiving and checking incoming stock -Organising and maintaining the storeroom -Dispatching customer orders -Loading and unloading freight -Managing inventory and stock records -Working closely with the retail and sales teams -Keeping the warehouse tidy, accurate, and efficient
Job Requirements
Suitable applicants must have strong computer skills and confidence learning stock systems Be Physically fit and able to lift 25kg bags Have good attention to detail Be Reliable and organised Can build positive relationships with customers and colleagues Knowledge of farming products would be an advantage Have Forklift experience and an F endorsement Hold a full class 1 licence Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and a police security check. Applicants must be able to provide an updated CV and have contactable referees
- Days of work
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 40 hours per week Approximately one Saturday every six weeks on a roster basis (40 hours per week)
