Farm Assistant
About this job
Assist with feed production and feed planning to support daily farm operations. Carry out milking duties, ensuring high standards of plant hygiene and milk quality to maintain grade-free production. Operate and maintain the farm effluent system in compliance with regional council regulations and farm standards. Support animal health programs to maintain herd wellbeing. Work alongside the Dairy Farm Manager to contribute to the farm business plan and assist with the scheduling of repairs and maintenance for farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Updated CV required - Physically fit - Can pass a drugs test - Keen and motivated - Minimum of 6 months experience
