Customer Concierge - Fixed Term (Whangarei)

To help encourage customers to sign up for their new Consumer Portal, VTNZ are hiring a Customer Concierge to be employed on a fixed-term from 29 June 2026 to 31 July 2026.
Training will be provided for the roles, and the training will be held online. The role of the Customer Concierge will be to encourage and educate people in the branches to sign up on the spot. Signing up on the spot will give the customer $10 off their WOF.

Job Requirements
Candidates will need to have good presentation, be technology savvy, have a friendly disposition, and have strong verbal communications skills.
Must haves: • You feel confident approaching customers and starting conversations that lead to meaningful engagement • You have an outgoing, friendly personality with a natural sales flair • You are customer-focused and motivated by achieving targets • You are available for 40 hours per week from 29 June to 31 July 2026, including some Saturdays • Ability to travel to and from the Whangarei VTNZ branch location for work is required.
