Fast-Food Cook

Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepares batches of food that are cooked to order; this may include such food items as pizza dough, Prep line etc. • Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as dough mixers, dough roller, make table or deep fryers • Prepares and cooks food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions • Ordering and taking delivery of fast-food ingredients • Taking and serving food and beverage orders, and receiving payment from customers • Multitasks by cooking several different orders at once • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils • Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked • Ensure food storage is carried out as per company standards • Work collaboratively with kitchen team • Communicate effectively with staff and management • Perform any other duties as required by the employer

0-12 months relevant experience and/or a level 1 relevant cooking/ cookery/ hospitality qualification
