Quality Control Co-ordinator

Seeking a quality control coordinator in a newly created role to act as an essential link between production workers and managers, ensuring the smooth running of production and quality outcomes. You will be working closely with our management team who will provide ongoing training and support for this hands-on role.

This role would be suited to an experienced food production team leader or supervisor who is ready to step into a higher level of responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong authoritative presence and proven leadership skills in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary link between production workers and managers to ensure quality goals are understood and met. * Train production workers on all relevant internal and external standard, procedures, and policies. * Ensure production procedures and quality standards for all shifts is understood and met on a daily basis, providing targeted support where necessary. * Conduct physical inspections to ensure products meet specifications. * Identify defects or deviations and work with production teams and managers to resolve issues. * Identify issues on the production floor and collaborate with management on corrective actions. * Assist with NCR and CAPA procedures. * Oversee daily quality control documentation meet compliance standards.
