General Freight Driver

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our fleet team as a general freight driver. In this role you will be responsible for the safe, timely and efficient transportation of goods across local and regional routes. You will be required to operate class 2 vehicles and forklifts ensuring cargo is properly secured and stored, maintaining compliance with road safety laws and providing excellent service to customers.

About you: - Motivated and strong work ethic - Strong communication skills and capable of work as part of a team and independently to achieve goals. - Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 preferred). - Previous forklift experience. - Willing to learn on the job and undergo training for required licence endorsements. - Proven experience in previous driving roles or similar work. - Strong knowledge of NZ road laws and safety regulations - Good time management and organisational skills. - Basic mechanical knowledge.
