A well-established local spa and tourist destination is seeking a friendly and reliable Spa Attendant to support daily operations and provide a welcoming, relaxing experience for guests.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation, and contributes positively to a calm, professional environment.
Key responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Prepare and maintain spa facilities, including monitoring water quality and pool temperatures Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures Restock towels, robes, and guest amenities Respond to guest enquiries in a polite and professional manner
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 months’ experience in hospitality, customer service, or spa environments Ability to work across a 7-day roster Reliable transport (unless living within walking distance of Government Gardens) Willingness to undergo a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check (convictions considered case-by-case)
Personal attributes: Friendly, approachable, and well-presented Strong attention to detail Able to work both independently and within a team
