Assistant Restaurant Manager - Vietnamese Cuisine

Well known Vietnamese restaurant based in Sylvia Park are seeking an experienced and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Key duties: -Assist the Store Manager with daily restaurant operations. -Lead, supervise and motivate team members during shifts. -Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained Assist with staff training and development. -Manage cash handling and daily reporting procedures. -Monitor food quality, presentation and service standards. -Ensure compliance with Food Control Plan and Health & Safety requirements. -Assist with stock ordering, stock control and inventory management. -Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally. -Support rostering and labour management requirements -Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained throughout the restaurant.

-Level 5 or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Retail Management or a related field or at least 2 years of relevant hospitality supervisory or management experience. -Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills. -Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. -Experience with staff supervision, training and rostering preferred. -Knowledge of food safety, Food Control Plans and Health & Safety requirements. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Able to pass MOJ check (MOJ to be clean) -An updated CV on file
