About this job

A company based in South Auckland is looking for a full time Logistic Assistant to join the team to oversee the organization’s import and export operations involving materials and products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily import and export operations for materials and products. • Coordinate logistics, transportation, and shipment arrangements to ensure timely delivery. • Manage inventory and stock control activities efficiently. • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and freight partners. • Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations. • Resolve operational and logistics issues promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements

• Must have minimum of 2 years or more of working experience in logistics, or supply chain operations. • Must have basic knowledge of handling custom of import and export. • Familiarity with Malaysia and Indonesia trade routes and shipping procedures will be an added advantage. • Must have class 1 Full driver’s license with own transport • Able to pass pre-employment checks - for MOJ and drug tests.

Days of work
Mon to Fri 30 to 40 hours a week 8am to 5pm (35 hours per week)
