Full-time Site Team Leader - Good staff handling skills and an understanding of issues -Ensuring knowledge is kept up to date -Direct and coordinate the Workers - Report it to the Site Manager -Ensuring work is completed timely & effectively to ensure the company's goals are met -Completion and filing of Work Sheets -Guide the Workers with operational involvement as required - Maintaining a safe working environment and practices for all workers -Review tools and equipment regularly to ensure staff safety. Following the end of your Full Training, you will : Gain an understanding of horticultural management You will gain knowledge of the horticultural process Gain knowledge of company standards and safe work practices. Gain knowledge of sustainable environmental management practices. Relevant experience of 2 years or a level 4 qualification is required. Applicants for this role must have NZ Drivers Licence Class 1 or equivalent international license. Applicants hold overseas license must be willing to obtain NZ Drivers Licence.
Job Requirements
2 years work experience as a Team Manager or Leading Hand role or similar, full NZ drivers licence, able to pass pre-employment drug test.
