Full time position available with immediate start in Hobsonville. Previous experience in Warehousing and administration is a must. The primary responsibility of this role is to support efficient and accurate nightshift warehouse operations through strong leadership and expert use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of, scan compliance, picking accuracy, stock integrity, and operational efficiency, while providing training, guidance, and support to the nightshift team to ensure excellent service delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong competency in the use of Real-Time and Multi Pick systems. Ensure compliance with Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes across receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, and dispatch activities. Monitor scan compliance, data accuracy, and correct system usage. Maintain high standards of location accuracy, picking accuracy, and bin management. Work collaboratively with Stock Control regarding stock variances, recounts, and investigations. Ensure WMS errors are corrected promptly and staff are retrained when required. Maintain a strong understanding of food products and warehouse processes. Picking and Packing duties – Pick stock accurately from scanners to fulfil customer orders. Ensure stock is packed correctly according to product category requirements. Ensure goods are placed in the correct loading location.

Job Requirements

Excellent computer skills and tech savvy. Must have min. 2 yrs experience in Warehousing. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good leadership skills. Good level of physical fitness is required as it involves frequent heavy lifting of up to 25kg Hold a valid forklift licence and a full Class 1 driver licence with a reliable transport. Up-to-date CV with at least 2 contactable references. Must pass MOJ and drug test

Sunday to Thursday - 7.00pm to 3.30am Plus 1 in 2 Fridays as Rostered (40 hours per week)
