Warehouse Labourers
About this job
We are seeking motivated and physically fit Warehouse Labourers to assist with general warehouse and transport operations across multiple worksites in Christchurch (Wigram and Addington). The role involves loading and unloading freight, handling stock and boxes, and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.
This position is suited to individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable performing manual labour tasks. Hours will vary depending on operational requirements, with an estimated 20–30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities Load and unload vans and trucks safely and efficiently Move, stack, and organise boxes and freight within warehouse facilities Assist with general warehouse and labouring duties as required Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times Maintain clean and organised work areas Work collaboratively with warehouse and transport teams Report damaged goods or safety concerns promptly Support operational tasks across different sites when required
Job Requirements
6 months minimum experience in a labouring type position Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kgs Restricted/Full license and personal transport to Wigram and Addington Ability to pass MOJ and pre employment drug test
