Retail Shop Assistant

A well-established retail store in Levin is looking for a friendly and motivated team member to join their busy team. In this role, you will assist customers with product selection and sales, providing knowledgeable and welcoming service to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will also help maintain a clean and well-organised store environment and support the team with day-to-day operations. You must be able to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales across curtains, paint and decor. Provide expert advice and consultations in store and possibly in home, including measuring, quoting and recommending tailored solutions.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Retail experience is an advantage but not essential — reliability and a great work ethic are key.
