Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items efficiently while ensuring consistent quality. - Prepare sauces and select fresh ingredients for daily operations. - Store food properly and maintain well-organized kitchen supplies. - Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. - Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. - Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. - Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with company standards. - Check food items for freshness, quality, and correct handling. - Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment. - Portion and present food according to company standards.
