Your duties include:

-Produce pizza dough, sauces, cheese portions, and toppings according to set recipes and preparation procedures.”

-Assemble and cook pizzas, garlic bread, pasta, and other menu items efficiently and accurately.

-Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, dough rollers, and food preparation tools safely.

-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

-Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Store food items properly and check ingredient freshness and stock levels.

-Follow food safety regulations and company health standards at all times.

-Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and inventory.

-Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods.

-Handle customer special requests and ensure orders are completed on time.

-Knowledge of food safety standards an advantage. -Must be able to work quickly during busy periods -Staying calm under pressure -Keeping workflow organized

Additionally you will need to:

• Shows up on time for shifts • Can be counted on during busy periods • Willing to work evenings/weekends • Able to stand for long periods • Comfortable working in a hot kitchen • Can lift trays, ingredients, dough • Pass a drug and alcohol test • Pass a MOJ check • Full class 1 DL
