A local employer is looking for a STMS operator (Site Traffic Management Supervisor) to work in and around the Tauranga area This role is about managing all temporary traffic management aspects of roadwork sites
Supervise and lead traffic management crews on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standard Implement and monitor approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), ensuring all setups are compliant and maintained throughout each shift Ensure compliance with company safety standards, relevant legislation, and industry best practice at all times Complete required documentation and reporting accurately, including daily diaries, incident reports, and TMP records
Must have min of a Restricted Licence and own transport Must be Drug Free
