Key Responsibilities:
Operating a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles Responding to breakdowns, accidents, flat batteries, tyre changes. Ensuring vehicles are loaded and secured safely Providing professional and respectful service to customers Completing job sheets and documentation accurately Maintaining the tow truck in clean, roadworthy condition and completing basic maintenance

Job Requirements
Full NZ Driver's License (Class 2) V endorsement is a bonus. Clean driving record Clean criminal record Able to pass a drug test Ability to work independently and under pressure Good communication and customer service skills Physically fit – some lifting required Experience in the towing industry and basic mechanical knowledge is a bonus Must be available for rostered after-hours and weekend shifts A good attitude and great work ethic
