Senior Barista (Minimum 2+ yrs experience Mount Maunganui)

A Mount Maunganui based employer is looking for an experienced Barista to join their busy team in a popular cafe.
The primary responsibility is operating and maintaining a La Marzocco Linea PB espresso machine in a high volume cafe environment serving 300 covers daily. The role includes preparing and presenting specialty coffee and non coffee beverages to a consistent standard, managing cafe opening and closing procedures, supervising and training junior staff, handling stock ordering and inventory, and managing customer concerns as they arise. The role also requires acting in a duty manager capacity during management absences. A minimum of two years' barista experience in a comparable high volume environment is required, along with demonstrated proficiency on commercial espresso equipment, staff supervision experience, and a current or near complete LCQ qualification. You must be able to manage well in a high pressure environment and work well with other staff.
Please note this is not a training position you must be have proven experience in this role.
