Truck Driver

Looking for experienced Class 4 and 5 truck drivers! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Taking responsibility for your vehicle and notifying the company of any service or other maintenance that may be required. - Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles safely to avoid any kind of damages. - Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. - Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. - Reviewing job sheets before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete. - Informing management of any obstructions to making safe, efficient deliveries on time. - Keeping your vehicle clean and tidy. - Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries. - Notifying the company of any accidents or damage to the vehicle immediately and complete the appropriate paperwork within 24 hours. - Maintain a current driver's license applicable for the vehicle you drive.
Job Requirements
• Heavy Vehicle License (NZ Class 4 or 5, or Overseas Equivalent) • At least 2 years’ relevant experience • WTR Endorsement • Good understanding of dealing with “hot mix” • Ability to operate a “Road Ranger” gearbox • Good understanding of related health and safety requirements • Physically fit as the job involves heavy lifting and moving heavy items • Must pass a pre-employment drug test • Be able to pass MOJ check (must be clean)

- Must be flexible any available for both day and night shifts with varying start and finish times. (30 hours per week)
