Administration Assistant
About this job
This full-time position is based in Bluff and provides administrative support to our Executive Assistant. This is an entry-level role suited to someone beginning their administrative career who is organised, reliable and willing to learn. Seeking someone who is professional, friendly, confident, reliable and works well as part of a team. Good verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
Duties include: • Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries professionally • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries • Assist with meeting room bookings and meeting preparation • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings • Prepare and format documents and agendas • Support team members with administrative tasks as required • Help maintain a tidy and organised office environment
