Assistant Store Manager – Fashion Retail (Sylvia Park)

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in a busy fashion retail environment based in Sylvia Park.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is driven to deliver exceptional results while building a fun and supportive team culture.

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store’s performance and customer experience. You’ll lead from the front, inspiring your team to exceed targets while creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for customers.

What you’ll be doing: • Driving sales and achieving key performance targets including KPIs, wages, and stock control • Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to perform at their best • Creating a positive, energetic store environment that customers love • Delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences • Managing day-to-day store operations efficiently

The store is open Monday to Saturday, 9am - 7pm. Thursday & Friday, 9am - 9pm.

What we’re looking for: • Must have min 1 year proven experience in retail management, ideally within fashion • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team • A great team player with a proactive and hands-on approach • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service • Confidence in working towards sales targets and business goals • Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, upbeat work environment • Must be flexible to work weekends and late nights as required • Must be able to pass an MOJ / Drug check as required
