We are seeking experienced Asphalt Machine Operator's to join our crew, operating pavers, milling machines, and rollers across a range of projects. This is a hands on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and works well within a team environment.
You will be part of a skilled crew delivering high quality asphalt work while maintaining strong safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operating asphalt pavers, milling machines, and rollers safely and efficiently • Assisting the asphalt crew with general labouring duties as required • Ensuring quality compaction and finish of asphalt surfaces • Completing daily machine checks and basic maintenance • Following all site safety procedures and requirements • Working closely with supervisors and crew members to meet project deadlines

Job Requirements
• Proven experience operating asphalt machinery including pavers, milling machines, or rollers with work references to match • Strong commitment to working safely and looking out for the wellbeing of others on site • Able to operate machinery confidently and competently at all times • Current understanding of safe driving practices and consistent seatbelt use • Physically fit and capable of hands on work • Reliable team player who communicates openly and takes responsibility for their work, including identifying and resolving issues • Professional and respectful approach when dealing with team members and customers • Commitment to maintaining a drug and alcohol free work environment • High standard of personal presentation and pride in maintaining vehicles, machinery, and tools • Willingness to follow company expectations around uniform and use of approved personal protective equipment including steel cap boots and high visibility clothing • Understanding of workplace expectations including no smoking in company yards or vehicles
