Commercial Cleaner

A Bay of Plenty employer is looking for a Commercial Cleaner to join their team working around the region (focusing on Tauranga, the Lakes, Mount Maunganui, Te Puke and surrounding areas when required.

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - General cleaning of offices, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas - Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and hard floor care - Sanitising bathrooms, toilets and food preparation areas using colour-coded equipment - High dusting — ceilings, vents, beams and light fittings - Glass cleaning, stainless steel polishing and stairwells - Floor burnishing, scrubbing, stripping and carpet steam cleaning - Safe use, storage and disposal of cleaning chemicals - Rubbish removal and restocking supplies as required.

Must be reliable, honest, hardworking, and able to work independently and have good attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.

Must be physically fit and able to carry out manual cleaning duties.

Must be available to work rostered shifts. Must communicate professionally and work well with clients and team members.

Must be able to pass pre-employment checks, including MOJ and drug testing.

It is important that you have your own reliable vehicle to get to work.
