Joinery/Kitchen Installer

About the Role As an Installer at A.one, you’ll be responsible for installing our custom cabinetry and interior joinery. This role is hands-on and detail-focused, requiring precision, professionalism, and pride in workmanship. You will be responsible for:

Installing custom cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior joinery on site Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and job specifications Representing A.one professionally on site while interacting with key clients, builders, and stakeholders Working closely with our production team and other trades to keep projects on schedule Identifying and resolving on-site installation challenges effectively Maintaining a tidy work area and adhering to all Health & Safety requirements What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in joinery or cabinet installation (advantageous but could be trained) Strong practical skills with the ability to problem-solve on site A high level of attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Excellent communication skills Confidence to work independently while managing your own installation timelines Physically fit, reliable, and motivated with a positive, team-focused attitude Full NZ driver’s licence Site Safety Passport desirable but not essential What We Offer
