Retail Supervisor / Manager – Pizza Store

We’re a busy pizza store in Glen Eden looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor/Manager to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and leading a team, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities: • Promote in-store offers, advertisements, and promotions to customers. • Train, coach, and manage staff performance. • Ensure high customer service standards by handling enquiries and resolving complaints effectively. • Maintain product quality and service standards, including food delivery expectations. • Support the Store Manager in meeting food safety, health & safety, and brand standards. • Manage stock levels, place accurate orders, and ensure proper stock rotation. • Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures. • Assist in food preparation, including dough making, pizza preparation, and cutting. • Serve customers, handle transactions, and assist with deliveries when required. • Complete daily cash reconciliations and manage opening and closing procedures. • Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance.

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager in a similar environment. • Must be available to work weekends on a roster. • Must pass MOJ check and Drug test. • Must have Full or restricted class 1 driving licence. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • A fast-paced, hands-on approach to driving store profitability. • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. • Experience overseeing daily operations. • Ability to ensure food quality and customer service standards are consistently met.
