Builder; some experience required IMMEDIATE START
About this job
Working alongside qualified builders on residential renovation and building projects. Tasks include demolition, site preparation, moving materials, assisting with framing, installing building materials, general carpentry assistance, and maintaining a clean and safe work site. You will be part of a small, hardworking team and expected to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Job Requirements
- 2nd of 3rd year into apprenticeship ideal. Will consider someone with at least 1 year experience - Ability to confidently use basic hand and power tools - Physically fit and capable of manual labour - Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude - Own transport to get to job sites - Basic tools preferred - Site Safe passport preferred - Good communication and ability to work in a team - Strong awareness of health and safety on construction sites
- Days of work
- Monday to Friday, typically 7:30am – 4:30pm, with occasional longer days depending on project requirements. (40 hours per week)
