Hydraulics Technician

Key Responsibilities • Fabricate and assemble hydraulic hose assemblies to specification • Diagnose and repair hydraulic hose failures on-site or in-workshop • Identify correct hose types, fittings, and adaptors for each application • Conduct pressure testing of completed assemblies • Provide mobile on-site breakdown response to customers • Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used • Manage and maintain hose fabrication equipment and tools • Advise customers on hydraulic system maintenance and hose replacement schedules • Ensure work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations What We're Looking For • Previous experience in hydraulic hose assembly and repair (essential) • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics (advantageous) • Full driver's licence • Good communication and customer service skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Commitment to safe working practices under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 • Having prior experience in the hydraulics work.
This opportunity is based in Hellensville West Auckland.
