About this job
This full-time Sales Assistant role is a pivotal position supporting the company's sales staff. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless client interactions, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Sales Support: Collaborative closely with internal sales staff across the region, providing high-quality support to ensure efficient operations and outstanding customer service.
Tendering & Pricing Process: Assist with bidding out homes, collating pricing, price estimating, and generating contracts for clients.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports to identify trends and maximize sales opportunities.
Land Acquisition Research: Proactively identify and evaluate land parcels for potential development, keeping a detailed and up-to-date database to assist the sales team. Conduct pre-purchase due diligence on land parcels and prepare clear, concise reports outlining services, site limitations, and key risks.
Planning & Consent Monitoring: Monitor and track our consultants and council consent activity across the region.
Sales Process Support: Support the sales process by preparing documentation, updating CRM systems, and assisting with listing preparation and marketing collateral.
Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the wider team to help maintain a well-organized and productive office environment.
Client Engagement: Attend sales meetings and host open homes as needed, representing the company professionally and providing information and support to potential buyers.
Job Requirements
*Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the client & sales administration real estate or new home construction industry *Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach *Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook *Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. *Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and success of the business.
