Courier Driver
About this job
The Urgent Courier Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery and collection of goods, with a focus on urgent and time-sensitive consignments. This role requires reliability, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Drivers must also hold a current Dangerous Goods (DG) licence or prepared to get it, to ensure compliance when transporting restricted or hazardous items. Full training will be provided.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission - Must hold a FULL class 1 license, Dangerous Goods licence is also required - Knowledge of courier systems, GPS, and mobile dispatch applications - Clean driving record and ability to pass background/security checks (MOJ & Drug Testing). - Must meet medical and fitness-for-work requirements, including the ability to safely handle freight and work in a high-demand transport environment. - Previous convictions must be declared

- Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm (40 hours per week)
