A professional Property & Cleaning Services company based in Mount Wellington trusted to provide high-quality commercial property and cleaning solutions across New Zealand is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join their Northern Region team and play a critical role in securing new business opportunities.

The position will be reporting to the Northern Regional Manager, where one will take ownership of the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting through to contract close and operational handover. This is a true “hunter” role focused on identifying and converting new business opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy.

The key responsibilities would be: Business Development Sales Process Ownership Commercial and Pricing Operational Handover Reporting and Collaboration

Details of these responsibilities will be discussed by the Work Broker once shortlisted.

Job Requirements

You must be motivated, commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience. Proven experience in B2B sales (facilities management, cleaning, or service-based industries highly regarded). Strong prospecting and relationship-building capability. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. High level of organisation and attention to detail. Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities. An update CV and cover letter will be required for this role. The employer will be conducting a Ministry of Justice check.
