A local nationwide fast food restaurant chain is seeking a person to work as a Shift Manager. This is a hands-on position and you will also work to make and serve: big, bold, deliciousness great burgers to everyone. You will also be responsible to supervise a small team of Fast Food workers (Cooks & Kitchen Hands) and support them to be successful by coaching, ensuring breaks are taken, that all operational standards are met including food safety, quality and customer measures.
Job Requirements
You will also problem solve should issues arise and escalate to experts as required, ensure the health and safety of all employees, assist with promoting restaurant profitability and maximising customer opportunities. Lead and Manage Shift Operations Coaching & Developing Team Members Delivering exceptional Guest Service Maintain Health & Safety, and Compliance Manage Profitability and Cost Controls Ensure Cleanliness and Equipment Maintenance.
