Sales Assistant – Third in Charge (3IC) Manukau Fashion Retail.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Assistant – Third in Charge (3IC) to join our fast-paced fashion retail team in Manukau. This role is ideal for someone with previous leadership experience in retail who is ready to grow their career within the fashion industry.

As a key support to the Store Management Team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily store operations, and helping drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities: - Customer Service Excellence. - Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. - Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Product Knowledge: - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store campaigns.

Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations including: - Cash handling. - POS operations. - Product merchandising. - Inventory management.

Teamwork: Work collaboratively with Regional Managers, Store Management, and team members to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.

Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining high presentation standards across the store and stock displays.

Safety & Compliance: Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe and positive work environment.

Attention to Detail: Demonstrate speed and accuracy when processing stock and completing store tasks.
