Experienced Guillotine Operator

We are seeking an experienced Guillotine Operator to join a busy and well established workshop based in Henderson. This is a hands on role suited to someone who is confident with machinery, detail focused, and takes pride in delivering accurate work.

Key Responsibilities: • Operating guillotine machines safely and efficiently • Reading job sheets and completing accurate measurements • Selecting appropriate sheet metal for each job • Cutting and folding materials to specification • Supporting general sheet metal work as required • Assisting with cutting and folding tasks across the team • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop • Loading and unloading trucks • Operating a forklift if licensed

Requirements: • At least 12mths proven experience as a guillotine operator is essential • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting • Background in sheet metal work • Forklift licence is an advantage • Strong English communication skills • Good numeracy and measurement accuracy • Reliable and safety focused with a team oriented attitude • Able to pass pre employment Ministry of Justice and drug testing
