Auckland based company is looking for Class 2 Truck Drivers in the Franklin area.
Key responsibilities: • Operating vehicle and equipment on board to ensure safe and timely collection of waste materials while complying with the requirements. • Check the condition of the load and ensure that it is secure. • Keep accurate records and complete paper works. • Undertake vehicle safety checks and ensure you are operating in a safe working environment. • Operate the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to company policies and procedures. • Fill out and handle time sheets and job dockets. Ideal candidate must have good communication skills and must be physically fit as there will be occasional heavy lifting.

Job Requirements
• Must hold a full Class 2 licence • Must have 2 years’ experience driving Class 2 trucks • Must be physically fit and be able to do heavy lifting • Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing • Must pass a ministry of justice check • Must pass a waste management driving test • Non-smoker • Be able to drive a 6 speed manual
