About this job
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Take customer orders accurately using the POS system. • Process payments through cash, EFTPOS, or other approved methods. • Serve food, coffee, and other beverages to customers. • Assist with basic food preparation, cabinet food, takeaway orders, and restocking. • Clear tables, stack dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas. • Keep display cabinets, counters, and customer areas tidy and well presented. • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures. • Report customer complaints, hazards, stock shortages, or equipment issues to management. • Work cooperatively with barista, kitchen, and management staff. • Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
Job Requirements
- 6 months FOH experience - A team player with a great attitude - Great English and communication skills - Flexible and a can do attitude -an up to date CV on file -physically fit and able to be on your feet for long periods -the business is not close to any public transport links so own vehicle and minimum restricted D/L is important
