THE ROLE INCLUDES: -Leadership & Team Development -Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team -Create a fun, supportive, and results-driven culture -Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews -Lead by example and bring positive energy every day
SALES AND PERFORMANCE: -Drive sales, profitability, and key performance indicators -Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for growth -Manage wages and productivity to maximise efficiency -Lead incentive programmes to keep the team motivated
STOCK AND VISUAL MERCHANIDSING: -Curate an exciting and abundant shop floor -Maintain exceptional stock quality and presentation -Ensure strong processing flow and sell-through performance -Keep the store fresh, full, and inspiring for customers
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: -Deliver outstanding service and styling advice -Build lasting relationships with loyal customers -Resolve issues with confidence and professionalism
OPERATIONS: -Oversee cash handling, banking, reporting, and compliance -Maintain excellent retail standards and cleanliness -Ensure health and safety requirements are met

Job Requirements
