Security Officers

This role requires someone with cool-level head, great attitude, good communication and negotiation skills, the ability to diffuse a difficult situation and more. Physically fit - able to walk and stand for long periods of time Available to work rostered shifts across 7 days, including 12-hour shifts across a variety of sites, including but not limited to Government Offices, Healthcare Facilities, Banks, Social Housing Complexes, hotels and Event Management venues.

Patrol Officer

• Mobile Patrol checks. • Respond to alarms. • Handle any security incidents that arise. • Patrol designated areas. This includes drive and walk of commercial clients . • Night Shift, including weekend work. • Collaborating with emergency services • Identifying and reporting safety hazards . Full detailed reporting for all events including break ins and other minor incidents as well . • Full ongoing training provided. • Great team environment. • Technology Savvy to be able to use Mobile APPs.

Static officer

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence, deterring unauthorised access and ensuring site integrity. • Manage site access using sign in/out procedures, permits, and visitor management systems. • Conduct regular foot patrols of perimeters, compounds, welfare areas, and storage zones. • Monitor and respond to CCTV, alarms, gates, and access systems, escalating issues in line with strict site protocols. • Respond to incidents calmly, discreetly, and professionally, liaising with site management, contractors, and emergency services when required. • Complete accurate incident reports, daily logs, and handover notes, following company and client standards. • Enforce site rules and health & safety requirements, including correct PPE use. • Support operational tasks such as locking/unlocking sites, key control, and shift handovers as directed.

Physically fit - able to walk and stand for long periods of time - 12 hour shifts Have a minimum of 1year or more recent experience working in the security industry. Current Green COA or higher security qualification. Must hold clean full Driver’s licence and own car is a must as will have to travel to different base sites located in West, Central and South Auckland Able to pass a drug test and MoJ check Strong observation skills & attention to detail Must be reliable with a good attitude and well presented. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and make quick decisions when needed. Maturity and resilience Flexible to be available to work on any day of the week Applicants for this position should have NZ residency
