Residential Support Workers

Franklin based employer is currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and flexible individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers. We are a small, dedicated residential disability support service based in the Franklin area, providing long-term care with 24-hour support. Our goal is to create a warm, family-like environment where the people we support—who have complex needs—are treated with love, dignity, and respect.

About the Role: You will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by supporting them both at home and in the community. This includes: • Providing daily living support and supervision • Supporting individual goals and aspirations • Promoting independence and community involvement • Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment What We Offer: • Full-time and part-time positions available • Paid sleepover shifts – $185.20 per sleepover • Opportunity for ongoing training and development • A meaningful role within a small, close-knit team

• A caring, sensible nature and a genuine passion for helping others. • Flexibility – availability across all shifts is essential. • Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on support role • Full NZ Driver’s Licence is required. • Previous experience is desirable, but not essential – the right attitude is what matters most!
