Painter Plaster Exterior Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Painter Plaster Exterior to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint and plaster to the exterior surfaces of buildings, ensuring high-quality finishes and durability. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a valuable trade with long-term career growth and the potential to gain formal trade qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming. Applying paint, plaster, and other surface finishes to exterior walls and structures. Ensuring work is completed to high standards of quality and safety. Working efficiently to meet project deadlines. Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition. Always adhering to health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

Good attitude and willingness to learn. Physically fit and able to perform manual labour, including lifting and working at heights. Presentable and professional appearance. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (weather-dependent). Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude.
